Who is responsible for your information

JunkHQ Test Tenant is the customer-facing business responsible for the personal information collected through this website and while providing junk-removal services. JunkHQ, operated by TuziSoft LLC, provides the website and business software as a service provider to JunkHQ Test Tenant.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, service address, job description, photographs, preferred and booked dates, messages, payment records, completion photographs, and signatures. We also collect basic device and request information such as IP address and browser user-agent for security, fraud prevention, and records of consent.

How we use information

We use this information to prepare estimates, communicate about your request, schedule and perform services, document completion, process and reconcile payments, resolve disputes, maintain business records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve service operations. If you text this business, you may be communicating with an automated assistant that answers quote and booking questions; it will always tell you that when you first text in, and you can ask any time to reach a person instead.

How information is shared

Information may be shared with JunkHQ and vendors that provide hosting, storage, address geocoding (Geocodio), route optimization (SimpleRouting.io), artificial-intelligence-assisted quote analysis and texting (DeepSeek), email, text messaging, identity, and payment services. Service and facility address strings and related request metadata may be sent to Geocodio to convert addresses into geographic coordinates; those coordinates may then be sent to SimpleRouting.io for route optimization. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Payment card details are collected by the payment processor and are not stored by JunkHQ Test Tenant or JunkHQ. If you save a payment method for a future charge, that requires your separate express authorization at the time it's saved.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, applicable tax and accounting rules, disputes, safety, and legal obligations. Backup copies are removed on a rolling schedule. We and our providers use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or reasonably needed for security, payment, tax, or legal claims. Email the contact above with the subject “Privacy request.” You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Cookies, tracking, and changes

This website uses essential browser storage and security technology needed to operate forms and prevent abuse. It does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals and does not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the new tracking begins.
