Customer Service Terms

1. Service provider and agreement

These Customer Service Terms are an agreement between you and JunkHQ Test Tenant, the junk-removal service provider. JunkHQ and TuziSoft LLC provide software and are not the provider of the junk-removal service.

2. Estimates and final price

Any instant quote or estimate is based on the information and photographs provided. The service provider will confirm the final price before work begins. Extra volume, weight, labor, access difficulty, or undisclosed items may change the price; the customer may decline before work starts.

3. Prohibited and regulated materials

No explosives, ammunition, asbestos, biohazards, medical waste, radioactive material, or other material the service provider cannot lawfully or safely transport. Paint, chemicals, fuels, batteries, tires, refrigerants, and other regulated materials require advance approval.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling, no access, and trip charges

Contact the service provider as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation, no-access, or trip charge applies only if the service provider discloses the amount to the customer before booking.

5. Property access and damage

The customer authorizes reasonable access to the identified property and must disclose access hazards. The service provider is responsible for damage caused by its failure to use reasonable care, subject to applicable law.

6. Disposal, recycling, and donation

The service provider chooses lawful disposal, recycling, or donation destinations. Donation and recycling are not guaranteed, and donated goods may not qualify for a tax deduction.

7. Jobsite photographs and signatures

The customer authorizes jobsite and item photographs for estimating, service documentation, and dispute resolution, and authorizes an electronic or handwritten signature to confirm approval or completion. Separate consent is required before photos are used for advertising.

8. Refunds and disputes

Direct billing, refund, or service disputes to the service provider using the contact details shown in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Licenses and service region

The service provider will maintain licenses, registrations, permits, and insurance required for the services it offers.

Service is available only within the service area shown on this website and any additional location limits disclosed by the service provider.

10. Electronic acceptance

By checking the acceptance box immediately before booking, you confirm that you had an opportunity to read these terms and agree electronically. JunkHQ Test Tenant records the version, acceptance time, IP address, and browser user-agent as evidence of acceptance.
